微機灰熔點測定儀攝像頭的調(diào)試方法
Ash melting point camera debugging
安裝好攝像頭后，攝像頭距離灰熔點爐體的間距為150mm

攝像頭介紹
Camera Introduction
攝像頭三個旋鈕調(diào)整，從前到后作用分別是：
The three knobs of the camera are adjusted, and their effects from front to back are:
調(diào)整畫面大小
Adjusting the screen size
調(diào)整畫面明暗
Adjusting the brightness of the screen
調(diào)整畫面清晰度
Adjusting the clarity of the screen

設(shè)備開始后，溫度達到900℃時彈出提示。不要點擊對話框中的“知道了”，這時開始調(diào)整攝像頭。注意：調(diào)整速度要快，設(shè)備到1000℃后系統(tǒng)會自動開始實驗，導(dǎo)致調(diào)整失效
After the device starts, a prompt will pop up when the temperature reaches 900 ℃. Don't click on "Got it" in the dialog box, then start adjusting the camera. Attention: The adjustment speed should be fast. After the device reaches 1000 ℃, the system will automatically start the experiment, causing the adjustment to fail
先調(diào)整畫面焦距，就是攝像頭zui內(nèi)側(cè)的旋鈕，調(diào)整到樣品邊緣清晰即可。如下圖
First adjust the focal length of the image, which is the innermost knob of the camera, until the sample edge is clear. As shown in the following figure
然后用攝像頭中間那個旋鈕來調(diào)整畫面的亮度，不能太亮也不能太暗。如下圖
Then use the knob in the middle of the camera to adjust the brightness of the image, which should not be too bright or too dark. As shown in the following figure
最后調(diào)整畫面大小，用攝像頭zui外側(cè)的，先將帶編號的方框完整框住樣品，尖頭部分不需要完全頂住“編號方框”的頂部。
Finally, adjust the picture size. Use the outermost part of the camera to completely frame the sample with the numbered box. The pointed part does not need to completely support the top of the "numbered box".
畫面調(diào)整好之后點擊彈出對話框中的“知道了”
After adjusting the screen, click "Got it" in the pop-up dialog box
然后用鼠標點擊界面中的“原型”畫面。
Then click on the "prototype" screen in the interface with the mouse.
點擊過“原型”畫面后，系統(tǒng)會固定目前的亮度，然后就算灰熔點測定儀攝像頭調(diào)試完畢
After clicking on the "prototype" screen, the system will fix the current brightness, and then even after debugging is completed
